💳What is your return/exchange policy?

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on hair extensions, wigs, or cosmetic products (including lip gloss) once they have been opened, worn, or altered in any way.

  • However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will gladly review the issue and work with you to resolve it.

To be eligible for a replacement or store credit:


  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • You must email me at shopbundleboutique.co@gmail.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.

We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange that does not meet our policy criteria.
